which fat burner?
Hey fellas,
I want to know what you guys think is the best otc fat burner? Notice I said OTC so don't start ranting and raving about DNP , clen , winny, or anyother illegal burners. Right now I'm confused on which one to take and I can't decide between Hydroxycut, Xenadrine, Stacker 3, a generic ECA bottle, or just buy a bottle of aspirin, a bottle of caffeine pills, and a bottle of ephedrine pills. I really need to cut fat off of my abs and face, and only have about 5-6weeks to put all my efforts into intense cardio and dieting. Also I don't want to lose any muslce, in fact I want to keep gaining muscle while burning fat. So please take these points all together and help me pick a winner. Thanks.

i'm probably around 18% right now and want to get down around 10% or better.

this products alone wont cut fat by themselves
make sure you have a good cardio/weight training/diet scheme
for optimal fat loss
all those products that you listed are very good
i've made my own eca stack, and tried hydroxycut
but heard many good things about xena and stacker
and i guess it comes down to personally preference
hydroxycut is useless if its the canadian version
all those products are suppose to aid in muscle retention
i would still supplement with glutamine
i recently found out that asprin in the eca stack might be too harsh on the stomach, suggestions were to replace the asprin with willow bark
by doing this it would still be effective

So your wanting to go from 18% to 10% in six weeks? I dont think that will happen. You need more time then six weeks. And if you lose that much fat then your going to lose some muscle also. Just eat clean foods, get atleast 1-2grms of protein per body weight and you shouldnt lose any muscle.
