    Supplement Routine

    Hey everyone

    I am trying to lose body fat and gain muslce
    I have a lot of body fat to lose (about 60lbs)
    But I would also like to gain some strength along the way.

    Here is my supplement routine; please let me know of any suggestions as to what I should add or remove;

    Tonalin CLA 8g/d
    Acetyl-L-Carnitine 5g/d
    Alpha linoeic acid 1.5g/d
    Chromium Picolionate 3g/day
    L-Ornithine AlphaKetoGlutarate 30g/d (PWO, with a full glass of apple juice)
    Cissus Quadralingus 1000mg/d
    (Cissus Quadralingus is the active ingredient in hydroxycut)

    Also 200g/d protein (whey and casien mix)
    And in the process of trying to figure out how many carbs I need

    Body fat 28%; body weight: 260lbs, lean body mass 185lbs
    6ft tall, 24 years old, medium metabolism

    Working out 7 days a week 6 days jogging, 6 days lifting, 1 day jogging&no lift 1 day lifting& no jog.

    I actually have a lot of experience with lifting techniques and protein types, but when I entered grad school I didn't have time to lift, ate a lot of junk food, got kinda depressed and gained a lot of body fat. :-(

    I'd say stick to what you are doing for now. For further assistance post your diet in the diet section and let them help tweak it for you so you can get better results.

    I think that you can spend that money better than all those supplements. In your situation i suggest you focusing on diet. It will work better than all the supplements on this world.
