    Getting back into the full swing of things.. Need some help though..

    just getting back to my normal routine. Currently taking:
    Multivitamens
    flax and fish seed oils
    arginine
    100% whey
    Creatine Cee

    could i add in something to kick alittle bit of fat off like clen or something over the counter? Or would that counter act with the CEE.. Also thinking about a cheap NO2 product but not sure if its worth buying.. Any suggestions?

    I suggest you taking 5g glutammine pre-wo and 5g post-wo. If you wanna cut, diet.
