Imo lol their products are very good, i stopped using them because they are so so expensive, however if your getting them half price then there well worth it..

I prefer PHD. With the PHD Synergy you get around 5 days more use when compared to Cyclone and you can pick up a 2kg tub for around £32. It also tastes better, I heard this was due to the lack of HMB -when compared to Cyclone. However, I'd prefer to supplement HMB seperately anyway, if at all.
That said, I am not too keen on ALL-IN-ONE shakes. The PHD Pharma Whey is also good though. SCI-MX too.
Gainer wise, I'd say BSN True Mass or SCI-MX Mass System of even the mrf LEAN GROW.
I don't like Maximuscle.

thers better products out ther and its expensive and also its got a funny taste its just had alot of advertising recently and its in the local supermarket so its more a fad really
