support with spawn

going to run spawn the first week of Sept @3 pills for 30 days, pct is nolva@40/40/20/20. Was planning on using life support by annab. innov.

Is this enough support or do I just need milk thistle? And if just m.t., how much??

Also, I am currently taking omga 3 6 9, multi, glucosamine

Any other supplements missing for this cycle?

Its a Tren based PH, with Epistane in it basically (19-Norandrosta-4,9 diene-3,17 dione and 2a,3a-epithio-17a-methyletioallocholanol).

I didnt get on with Epi, it gave me bad acne so stopped early. Gains were good though, up around 3-4lbs, far more vascular too.

As for Tren PH's, I havent read much good on them. There conversion to actual Tren is very poor and oral Tren (Methyl-Trienelone, the illigal androgen) is VERY toxic. The only Tren based PH I'd use would be PP's 1-T Tren as its applied to the skin, but even then the actual conversion to Tren (Trenbolone ) would be small.

1-2g/ED MT is fine.

Life Support or Cycle support is a good addition.

Regular supps too. BCAA's, Leucine, Creatine Mono, Casein, Multi-Vit, Vit-C.

You will get an estrogenic rebound to taper off the compound IMHO over 2-3 weeks. Tamox is fine for PCT, though I'd add Clomid at 25mg/ED too.

bcaa's will come in with pwo shake, creatine during pct so I see what spawn does by itself, as far as the others multi, c; in the am and casein before bed.

do you honestly think I need to run tamox and clomid together?

If you get any testicular atrophy, I'd say you need both. Or if your sex drive crashes that is.

believe it or not, I had shut down from h-drol. pct was the same; nolva 40/40/20/20. Took a few months to get back to normal. Maybe pct was poor quality.

I might as well order them both, ya know. Wont hurt, right?

It may be an insurance policy to have some caber or bromo on hand, in case any prolactin issues arise from the use of the 19-nor. Just my $.02.

anyway you could elaborate on this just a bit. Caber and bromo as well as prolactin issues are all Chinese to me. First time Ive heard of these..

A 19-nor is in the same general family as the real AAS Deca or Tren . These will not aromatize, however they may cause prolactin related sides, ie. lactation or leaky nips. Bromocriptine or cabergoline are drugs that will counter the prolactin sides.

I like to be prepared for anything and everything that can happen, therefore if I ever decide to do a Spawn cycle, I will have one of those two in my arsenal.

Make sure you get your spawn now. Rumor has it that FDA just told them to stop making it. Tren and phera are going to be hit with a ban soon if not already. Some online companies are clearing out their inventory with good prices.

deca does aromatise about 20% the rate of testosterone into estrogen. running bromo or caber with spawn would be a complete waste of money.

milk thistle and dandelion, and saw palmetto and nettle root... enjoy the spawn, fyi i bumped it up to 5 tabs a day and saw no results dif... three tabs a day is the right dose (im 245-248 lbs now) spawn and a good diet put on 20 lbs of muscle...

You are correct about the aromatization rate of Deca . Thanks for the correction.

It is just my own, personal preference to have supports and ancillaries on hand, just in case. More than likely, caber or bromo will never be needed in a Spawn cycle.

yup, i don't see spawn on their website anymore! damn...
