    stacking ephedrine & cissus quadralingus

I was thinking about stacking cissus quadralingus (1500mg)

    and ephedrine (75mg) together

Anyone think this might be dangerous?

Cissus quadralingus is the active ingredient in hydroxycut - but hydroxycut put less than 200mg in their daily dosage.

I've been taking 1500mg of cissus for about a week now and I dont feel too many side affects aside from body temperature rising. It does make me sweat a lot more though. But I like it - doesn't really give me the jitters and shakes.

I thought cissus was for joint pain, it strengthens tendons?

I've always used 3-6 grams of cissus/day for joint and tendon support. I haven't really noticed any weight loss from it. It won't give you jitters because it isn't a stimulant.

It does help for joint pain and tendon support when taken in that quantity.

In hydroxycut it is implemented as a fat burner.

I have read multiple studies, from scientific journals around the world, that have shown that when used for a period of 8-10 weeks, it can cause significant weight loss WITHOUT dieting or exercise. Studies were performed on over weight men and women, and the average weight loss over 8 weeks was about 15lbs.

I have also read multiple studies that show evidence that it is a very mild anabolioc/anti-catabolic.

I'll try to find some links to the medical journals I read about this and post them.

My main question was whether or not stacking this with ephedra would be dangerous...

I guess theres no red flags.

I have read that it can reduce cortisol which would make it anti-catabolic and also aid in weight loss in that regard. I see no issue w/ you stacking cissus w/ ephedra.
