Hey Im heading over to pattaya soon for a holiday and do a bit of training, my question is what is the availability of protein powders cause ive hear their hard to get over ther. cheers

hard to find protein bars but powder should be ok...i wuz there a few years back...damn fun place.

they have GNC supplements here but i think they are overpriced
