    Any other supplements i should try?

    ok guys , i take creatine mono everyday and have been seeing very good results, i also take NO supplements on my training days, along with protein powders everyday, my goal is to gain as much muscle as i can and get as strong as a horse. I eat alot and lift my a** off at the gym, any other supplements you recommend i could try out ? thanks guys !

    The only other supplement beside prohormones of course that I think are worth anything is beta-alanine. This is a product that takes almost 2 months to feel the full effects. You will get a more muscle energy if you know what I mean. On the days that you just dont have alot of gas in the tank...beta-alanine will give you a push. No a miracle drug but one thats worth adding to your list of supplements.

    i think uve got it down personalym their the 3 i use, and they giv the best results for their money

    other products that are alright are things like leukic and gakic by muscle tech, their alright BUT their NOT WHAT ID CALL WORTH THEIR MONEY

    the 3 ur using i think are the best bang for ur buck, anything else is priced like steroids these days, and yields 10% the benefits of steroids

    I like glutammine and bcaa, but if your whey have already a good amount of them u can get by without them.

    nope stick to protein, BCAA's and creatine. the rest is just drugs...kidding

    good multivitamins if your not taking any.. you wont see any huge gains in muscle right away from taking them but they made a big different in areas like your recovery time, compared to not taking any over the course of weeks of training hard

    I take an animal pak every morning but theres plenty of cheaper options
