I've heard that in some rare cases ephedra can have dangerous side affects.

How can you tell if you're experiencing those side affects?

Would it be like extremely fast heart beat?
Or breathing extremely fast and feeling like you're not getting enough air?
Or having an extremely intense headache?
Maybe feeling a burning sensation in the stomache?

Are those signs of bad side affects?
Are they common?
And, are there any other signs of negative side affects?

Tachycardia is normal, a little higher breating rate is normal, intense headache for first time users is normal, burning sensation is one I'm not familar with, try taking with a food product since it might be irratating stomach. It isn't normal normal to have excessive tachypnea while at rest. The only time I got the sensation of lack of getting enough air while taking clen is when I was in the middle of a heavy cardio session.

Those are common side effects with cns stimulants. Same sides can come from too much caffeine and is pretty much identical to clens side effects except it will be worse with clen.
