    water retention

    can some one help me out with this??????

    my body is retenin a lot of water

    is there anything a can do or buy to combat this problum ????

    sodium intake is a major factor. Don't add extra salt to anything. There's OTC diuretic's you can try and those can be found in vitamin shoppe, etc. One concoction i've read about in mens health as a mild diuretic is dandelion tea with lemon. It's a natural diuretic that promotes water and salt excretion from the kidneys.

    sound gd shall give thes all a shot a heard about salt being a big water retainer is there anyother foods a should watch out for ?

    yeah soy sauce and alot of chinese cooking ie sticky sauces and msg espec in chinese food

    lots of sugar in tomato and brown sauce, why would u want them in your food if your bodybuilding?
