Creatine, glutamine and a good protein powder. Try Cell-tech Creatine, Its the best of its kind.

cell-tech creatine is GREAT, that and Purple K are the two best.

As for a protein powder, Iso mass extreme gainer by ultimate nutrition is the greatest thing I have taken. Also dont forget your amino acids.

I have used ATP Creatine Serum in the past and loved it, check it out!

O.N.Whey number 1 in my book!!! 5 lb tub for about $40. Tastes great and mixes easily..

Cell Tech is an awful creatine product. there's entirely too much sugar, each serving is 310 calories or something ridiculous like that. That's empty, and unnecessary calories. Why take cell tech when you can throw some micronized creatine monohydrate into any drink you want, even water, and not taste it. it mixes perfectly too. I think most people will agree that cell tech is an inferior creatine product.

Best OTC supplements are micronized creatine monohydrates, quality Whey and Casein proteins, Fish Oil, Flax, Cinnamon/chromium, a quality multi-vitamin, BCAA's (arguable since you get enough of it by eating meat and in your protein shakes), and maybe Caffeine. Most OTC supplements don't really do anything or involve unproven claims. I think most OTC supps are a complete waste of money.

    No Cell-Tech. Overpriced shit.

If you want creatine, go with micronized creatine monohydrate.
And a good protein powder like ON's 100% Gold Standard.

As far as adding size, thats all diet and working out.

    eat, lift, sleep, repeat.

GNC amplified wheybolic extreme 60 is the best protein that I have taken by far. I have a post about this and the last thing I want to do is sound like a gnc rep but I am amazed with the results. It sucks that it's expensive ($75 6 lbs) but if money isn't to big of an issue I say it's worth it.
IMO a high protein diet is the most important aspect for a lifter.
