    Protein issue.

    I've been searching all damn day for a quality protein product that is low calorie, low carb, 0 sugar, that contains both whey and casein proteins. Can someone suggest one? The best product I've found for the money yet has been cytosport evopro.

    I know of Nature's Best Zero Carb Isopure.

    But I don't think it has casein in it.


    Have you tried looking at that site where you can make your own... trueprotein.com is it?

    pro complex by optimum nutrition.. the banana flavor has whey, egg, and casein

    protein: 60g
    carbs: 5g (1g of sugar)

    ya isopure is they way to go. 0 carbs and 50g of ion exchange whey isolate. taste it awsome too
