i mean how should i run this??

Well, if its 200mcg/mL
Thats 200mcg per 1 mL. Just use an oral syringe.
.5 mL = 100 mcg, and so on...
With clen, you def want to start little and see how that goes, slowly upping it.

I couldn't tell ya man. I would say ask your MD.
