    Now wheyt a minute

I haven't seen this answered in the forums so I figured I'd ask. Is there a difference between the brands of whey? Is more expensive whey better than less expensive? For instance: MuscleTech compared to GNC's brand. I used to pay $50-100 a month for Whey. I just found some for about half of that. Is it inferior some how or is 20 grams of this whey equal to 20 grams of that whey?

all things considered, whey protein is whey protein.

Whey pr. isolate has a higher BV rating, so you may want to look into that.

theirs no real differnece in terms of effect

their are differences BUT what the supplement companies shove on their labels saying how much better the product is bullshit

all whey protein these days are pretty good, in terms of 20 grams compared to the other 20 its NO REAL DIFFERENCE, and their is NO scientific evidence to show a real differnece, their si suggested and theoritical differnces BUT studies have shown their to be little if no difference, even incomplete proteins compared to complete protein have little absorbtion difference, yes complete proteins contain essential amino acids BUT the amount the body needs is very little in order to hep utalise protein

BUY the cheaper whey, its juts simply better value for almost identical product

MuscleTech is usually the most over priced brand for all of their products...
