    starting spawn monday!

    I believe that I have all necessary supps for my cycle. I thought that I ask if Im placing them in the correct order for maximum potential as well having ALL necessary supps:

    7am - 1 cap spawn, multi, triple omga 3 6 9, 2 caps glucosamine, 2 caps life support, 2 caps l-arg/ l-orthanine

    1 pm - 1 cap spawn

    pwo shake with bcaa's ( pill form )

    7pm - 1 cap spawn, 2 xcaps glucosamine, 2 caps life support, 2 caps l-arg/l-orthanine

    Any suggestions?

    BTW, I also have a diet thread going for this as well...

    Use 2 caps a day for the first week, then move up to 3 caps a day the second week, after that depending on how you feel move to 4 then 5 for the next weeks....Keep going up until you end your cycle. That is how you will make the best gains with this PH....

    There is absolutely no reason to run over 3 caps a day.


    3 caps daily for 4 weeks. Less is more.

    I am running spawn @ 3/day . I am very pleased with a over the counter that actually shows improvement . Gonna grab another bottle to hang on to before they remove them from market .
    At I had sleep problems I'm moving last cap to earlier time as you have .

    eat like a horse and youll get huge. best way imo. cut after hormones are stabilized(my broscience).

    dont worry about cardio to much. tren is a bitch with cramps. i dont care how much taurine you take. forget about endurance sports, unless you enjoy the cramps. youll feel jacked all the time about 3 weeks in. Thats the tren doing it.

    my cardio is steady state, low intensity for 60 min, so hopefully cramps are not an issue. Thanks for tip!

    Anyone think I should throw taurine anyways? Youre the first one to mention cramps, AdamGH....

    do whatever you want. you muscles are so pumped all the time. its just easy for them to cramp up. i never had it bother me. for me it was in my legs and during sex i get some muscle cramps.

    wont start noticing till like the 3 rd week any way. so only have to deal with it for two weeks. it quickly goes away once you stop dosing.

    some say that I should notice something by the end of the first week but I guess the sweet spot is at the end of the 2ng going into the 3rd. Same thing when I cycled h-drol this past January. A little pump was there after the first week then all of a sudden I was pumped up all the time and I could have kept going and going!

    first two weeks is just some weight gain, and weights that you normally do seem lighter. youll get the kind alpha feeling and want to push it harder. 3rd and 4th youll be like "holy shit" on the strength.

    YEAH BABY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    the good thing is that I do not return back to work until Wed and I have an easy week also so I can really concentrate on my training first week in..

    I have some spawn on the way, but don't plan to use it till I get pct figured out.
    What pct do you plan on,,, nova or clomid or both?? I've read up on PH & wondering if you plan to have Cia ( Tadalafil citrate ) on hand for libido as well?

    my broscience and imo: nolva is more than enough, 20 mg every day of nolva(tamoxifen).

    you should always have cia on hand imo. shit is fun wont help libido, just you dont have to worry about not getting hard, youll get hard wether you like it or not when hooking up with a chick.

    i wouldnt take more than 20mg every 3 days. give it like an hour to kick in and your good to go. youll probably get a hot flash, or feel hot. give it time and itll go away in a couple hours. some sides ive have is heartburn and headaches. so have stuff ready for it.

    Cycle up....

    Week 1: 2 X ED
    Week 2: 3 X ED
    Week 3: 4 X ED
    Week 4: 4 X ED

    This will provide you the best gains.....I have used SPAWN 3 times and the best results were cycling up.......Also throw in some Vit C 1,000 mg a day. This DS will give you anxitiy so try to get something that will put you to sleep or you will be up every 2 hours.....Also drink at least 2 gallons of water a day....Spawn will dry you out real fast......Spawn is the best DS I have ever used......Well since my MDROL is now kicking in I will wait to see the gains I get from MDROL before I make that comment again......But if you like to lift really heavy then SPAWN is the ****ing ticket.....My best gains came on week 5 for me using Spawn.....My bench went from 315 to a remarkable 375 and I am not BS'ing you.....This shit is incredible..........For PCT I used Nolva from AR-R.com.......Don't use any of the other supps like creatine, or any other supps while on cycle....Wait to use those after your cycle during PCT.....AND EAT EAT EAT.......AT Least 5,000-6,000 cal a day.......You have to feed the SPAWN......GO LIFT SOME HEAVY ASS WEIGHT......Just my .02

    LOL!!! I hope you like the spawn....I can almost bet my life you are going to get a few bottles after your first cycle........And you will want to start another before you do proper PCT.......Trust me I know.....The feeling you get when on Spawn is incredible.....I have never touched a bonifide "steroid" like anadrol, test, sust, tren, but I can imagine what it is like to take the real thing and coming off......The feeling must be like taking your last dose of spawn......Your lifts will stay with you for at least 2 weeks after stopping, just keep hitting the weights and do your PCT and you will keep all the gains.....ENJOY THE SPAWN......I SWEAR BY IT.....

    I hope you know Spawn is NOT a prohormone, but 2 oral Steroids. Proper PCT is absolutly needed along with liver support.

    taking life support by annabolic innovations

    pct will be clomid at 50/50/50/50 and nolva at 20/20/20/20. Or something like this, cannot remember but I will be using both. Already have them both on hand....

    Pops with clomid start at 100 and then taper down....You have the right idea with nolva.....NOW GO HIT THOSE ****ING WEIGHTS......
