I have used maltodextrin and dexanhydrose glucose ( not sure of the spelling, the stuff is called IGNITION by LEVEL1) crystals. The dex crystals they tell me at the suppliment store is the best stuff to take, being 49 grams of carbs per serving.
What do you think is the best carb to add to my shake?
I usually do 75 grams whey isolate and 50 grams dexanhydrose glucose in waterm, then eat a normal meal about an hour later.
