SPAWN hands down.........Is this your first PH/DS cycle??? If it is start with D-Drol before you hit a really serious PH/DS like Spawn or M-Drol.....Just my .02

I did M-drol as my first PH (had proper PCT) and it was great. I have 2 bottles of Spawn waiting now and from everything I have heard they will be even better.

give me another week or so and Ill tell you all you need to know about Spawn! Currently running it..

First ph cycle was h-drol by cel. Great one to start out with. No sides but a little shut down. Gave me some hard/lean gains, not to much strength but leanend out a bit.

No matter which you chose, your diet has to be dialed in 100%.....jmo...
