Combining 2 Different Kinds of Creatine?
I just got USP Labs Jacked and it has creatine monohydrate in it. Is it ok to combine this w/ CEE? I have been taking 1.5g CEE before my workout w/ 3g of AAKG and cafeine, and then 3g of CEE w/ my pwo protein shake. If this combo checks out, then I plan on taking Jacked pre-workout and then 3g of CEE pwo. Do you think it will be beneficial to add some additional AAKG to my preworkout cocktail (Jacked has some AAKG in it)?

A lot of supplements combine creatines, I don't see why there would be a problem...of course I don't know the science behind it like someone else on here might. I can just speak from my own experience of never having any adverse affects or problems from combining creatines.

I stay between 9 -12 grams a day when Im on it. FO 12-16 weeks then take a break

5g post workout is ENOUGH. On non workout days 5g in the morning is ENOUGH, not 10 grams, that is a complete waste of money. Read my FAQ.
No need to buy CEE which is inferior to CM. Buy a tub of micronized monohydrate and be on your way.

monohydrate has a 94% absorption rate. thats a lot. i agree with ironmaiden708, CEE tastes liek shit, and not worth it. if you want pills, kre-alkylyn.

besides, monohydrate is cheaper to, like 30-20 dollars cheaper. some of it is like 50 bucks dude. not worth it. but if you got some, i would finish it off.(CEE that is)

You really dont need 5grams worth of AAKG....2-3grams is plenty. 5 Grams is overkill. Take AAKG Pre-workout......stay away from CEE....its garbage. Go with Creatine malate or monohydrate. Those are you two best bets....taken pre and post workout. 2.5 pre, 2.5 post for the creatine.
