    Smile The start of my Jacked cycle

    Hello everyone,

    I started my first day of Generation X Labs Jacked cycle. For those of you who don't know anything about it, it is the newest Spawn clone.

    As most of you know, this shit raises your cholesterol levels etc. Below is a list of what I am taking with Jacked.

    GNC Sport Vitamin pack
    Pro Liver - Milk Thistle
    Vitamin B-12 (1500 mg)
    Triple Strength Fish Oil Pills
    Red Yeast Rice Pills (1200 mg)
    Met-RX Hardcore Amino Acid Pills
    generation X Labs "Jacked" - (2 pills a day first week, 3 pills for the following 3 weeks)
    and
    2 weeks in to the cycle I will be taking my PCT - XAbol (recommended by Gen. X Labs)

    I will Post every few days as it works its way through my system.

    170 lbs.
    14% body fat (in bulking stage right now)
    5' 10"
    3500-4000 calories a day

    I never heard that a spawn clone would raise your cholesterol levels....Mine were fine after an 8 week cycle of Spawn.....If you are in bulking phase just remember to eat..... And cycle up.....Such as

    Week 1: 2 caps a day
    Week 2: 3 caps a day
    Week 3: 3 caps a day or move to 4 caps a day
    Week 4: 4 caps a day or move up to 5 depending on how you feel...ALSO DO YOU PCT OR GOODBYE GAINS.......
    Now go get ****ing huge!!!!!

    I'm on it for 4 weeks and I will be starting my PCT at the beginning of my 3rd week. Does this sound good or should I start my PCT at the beginning of the 4th?

    After your last dose then start your PCT the next day.......What are you taking for PCT??

    After my last cycle I used Clomi and Tamox for an amount of time equal to 1.5x cycle length. But I am hyper sensitive to gyno and other sides that arise from being shut down. I would be interested in what Okinawa recommends.

    On a side note, my wife always thought I was trying to turn her on, during my PCT weeks, since I was constantly feeling my nipples.

    Yes....Clomid, and Nolva.....Run the following:

    Nolva: 40/20/20/20
    Clomid: 100/50/50/50

    Run both for 4 weeks.....

    This is a POST SYSLE THERAPY meaning after.

    You said you were starting yours 2 weeks in . Which is crazy . And they sold you a PCT that is not going to help you you need to get into the pct section here and figure out what to do.

    The above clomid and Nolva pct should be started 3 days after your last pill and run 4 weeks. Good luck and get your pct in order.

    Third morning,

    no extreme gains or strength yet, but I noticed I am getting a bit hungrier. I ate more then usual yesterday and I couldn't stop thinking of food when I was in bed last night (could all be psychological). Also, I had no problem getting it up for my Fiancee.

    Well today was my first full week on jacked. I haven't noticed any of the sweats that people have mentioned but I did receive my first headache. I trained my shoulders and tri's today. Now I don't know if it was the cycle kicking in, but I had the best tricep workout of my life. I added 10 lbs to my CGBP, 10 lbs to my skull crushers + an extra set (making 4 sets)!!!!, 10 lbs to my Pushdowns and I did a 4th set of dips. (Last week I was only doing 3 sets of each exercise). I'm feeling completely pumped and i'm loving it!!!!!

    Good Luck....However I don't think you should start our PCT until after your done with your cycle....JMHO.....

    Glad you are feeling good on your cycle. I just wanted to give you some input on your PCT. What you are taking IS steroids! Don't fool yourself. It is not just a supplement, but an actual steroid. As such, it WILL shut you down and you will need a proper PCT to restart yourself as fast as possible, to retain your gains and help you to quickly get back to feeling like your normal self. You want to click on the red banner on the top of the page and look for Products>Research Chems>SERMs then you want either Liquid Clomi or Liquid Tamox, or better yet both. As of right now, it looks like they are out of the Tamox so you might be stuck with just Clomid. You want to start on one or both of these the next day after your last pill. Here is the dose you should consider:
    Clomid 75/50/50/25
    Tamox 40/40/20/20


    This is just my opinion as an experienced PH user of many cycles. Go to the PCT section of these forums and do some research if you want, but please do more than just what you have on hand right now. Feel free to PM me with questions, and have fun for the next few weeks!

    glad to hear that things are going well. I dont think that youll really notice anything huge until finishing your 2nd week. Im running spawn right now and thats when it started to kick in. At the end of the 3rd week is when your strength will shoot through the roof. So enjoy dude!!!!

    However, get that pct in line asap!!!!

    i cycled ACL tren at 3 pills a day for 30 days last year -- pct was reversitol, formestane & activate extreme -- no gyno no high blood pressure no nose bleeds no sides and kept about 14 lbs lean muscle gains out of about 18 gained. i dont see why it seems so many people "need" serms, or think they do. i read so many posts also where people state "i had a serm on hand but just didn't feel the need for it" -- so from my experience, and a few friends / associates experiences with either acl or cel tren alone or stacked with either 4ad, epi or h-drol, - no serms or prescription only / doctor prescribed / hard to obtain pct products were needed. i feel that there are enough good otc products out there if you know what you are doing & don't take more than the average / recommended dosage of the above-mentioned ph's.
    of course have your cycle assist products ready also. for ACL tren alone i used the following during-cycle daily: red yeast rice, NAC, celery seed extract, hawthorne berries, saw palmetto, milk thistle extract, policosanol, fish oil, & high quality liquid multivitamin & i'm tellin you i was fine through the entire cycle and am fine to date, and it's been about 11 months since that cycle. just my 2 cents. then again i'm 35 yrs old & know for a fact that all of my bodies hormonal changes have already taken place, as alot of these posters / ph "experienced" users are like teenagers or in their mid 20's so go figure.
