    help first cycle of hdrol

    ok so i got my hdrol today im thinkin about starting it monday...
    im 20 5'10 163
    ill turn 21 next month

    so what do you guys reconmend?
    im thinkin about doing nolv for PCT or should i do it during my cycle?
    im starting with 2 pills of hdrol a day, one in the morning and then b4 i workout out..
    should i take it on the days i dont workout?

    im also trying to put on wieght..
    i want my muscle to show and stay how they are like after you workout ha
    do you get bald from this i hope not..
    anyone want to put in the thought on this...

    At 5-10, 163 I think everybody is going to say you need to worry about your diet first. If you are hellbent on using hdrol look around, I've seen 3-4 posts concerning hdrol with solid information. Good luck

    yea im 5'10 163 but im skinny and its hard to gain wieght and i eat alot i only wiegh so much cuz i have muscle on my legs from soccer... i wanna bulk up my upper body

    Nolva 40/40/20/20 should work for PCT.

    You may experience thinning of hair. You could start supplementing with Biotin sublingually. 5,000mcg/ED (5mg). If you do, also take some B-complex 100 once a day alongside it.

    If you have a proper diet, you'll see some lean gains. Seems you cannot do PM's yet. I'll just go ahead and post a bulk diet for ~160lb dude. Eat like this and you may be able to add like 7-9lb's.

    With this diet, eat every 2.5-3 hours. You can change the times to what suits your needs.

    ACTIVE Day Diet - TDEE: 161 lb. – 1801 cal. X 1.55 = (2793 cal.) + (480 cal.) = ~3271 cal. bulk.

    Meal 1: 7:30am
    1 whole egg
    3 egg whites
    1C oats
    1scoop whey
    1/2 tblspoon EVOO
    7g fish oil
    35/54/19

    Meal 2: 10:00am
    6oz chicken breast (raw)
    215g sweet potato (mashed, skinless, no salt added)
    1-3C veggies + 1tbls EVOO
    35g/38g/15g

    11:30-12:30 workout

    Meal 3: 1:00pm
    6oz chicken breast (raw)
    260g sweet potato (mashed, skinless, no salt added)
    35/46/2

    Meal 4: 3:00pm
    1C tuna fish (large can)
    2tbl. spoon smart balance mayonnaise
    1/4C quinoa
    1/2C black beans
    1-3C veggies
    2g fish oil
    39/47/15

    Meal 5: 5:30pm
    5.5oz top round London broil (raw)
    235g red potatoes
    1-3C veggies
    4g fish oil
    35/46/18

    Meal 6: 8:00pm
    5.5oz top round London broil (raw)
    235g red potatoes
    1-3C veggies
    4g fish oil
    35/46/18

    Meal 7: 10:30pm
    5.5oz top round London broil (raw)

    nice bro thx ill definalty use that....
    ill prooly add summ meat in ther possibly and steak..
    do i take the pill when i dont workout to?

    ohh and my boy used trenadrol for his first cycle with PH and he didnt do a PCT and he had no sides whats so ever like no hairloss or anything wrong soo im hopin im the same... but im gonna do it correct



    thats me on protien and creatine back in april..

    Yeah take the Hdrol everyday, split up like you had it. Maybe even go up to 75mg if you think it's good.

    If this is your first ph I would do 2 pills/day ( 1 in the am and 1 before bed ). Considering that I ran this before, if I were to run it again Id go with 75mg/day for 6 weeks. Its a mild compound so the sides were not bad, for me at least......jmo....

    keep everything dialed in ( training, diet, cardio, alot of h20 ) and youll like it. Youll notice it kick in at the end of the 2nd week. Good luck!

    I tried H-Drol from Cel. The way I did it was 2pills/day for the first week then 3/day for the rest. I used Clomid and Tamox for PCT and you shouldn't need to use it during the cycle (I started mine the day after I took last pill).

    I took the pills in the Morning, Late Afternoon and before bed. I gained about 14lbs by the end of the cycle and kept about 85% of it. I greatly enjoyed it.

    nolva at 20 mgs for 4 weeks. 40 mgs is over kill for hdrol only cycle

    i also ran h-drol for my first PH cycle but i did my research and knew what was goin on. u sound like u could do a bit more reading before you start. my cycle went 50/50/50/75/75 and i had great gains. i felt like a beast by the end of it. it will kick in between the end of the 2nd and start of the third. take nolvadex (not novedex xt) at 20/20/20 and a fourth week if u feel u need it, personally i felt like i didnt and since its so expensive i stopped it after 3 weeks. keep us posted on how it goes, good luck bro

    Is h-drol just a legal steroid you can get in stores? Or is it something you have to hunt for legit stuff like real gear?

    H-drol was good.....you will see imporvements....I would run it...at 6 weeks hard....75 everyday

    It will shut you down some...so you have to push through the feeling of little test in your body.....Dont forget to take some Liv 52.....good stuff...cheap price...also I would think about getting multi-vitamins...and if you get sick pumps...use Taurine......with the PCT...your the Nolvadex ......dont get the stuff..they make for the PH's....40,40,20,20

    If you have any questions just ask.....make sure your diet is in check...also make sure to do cardio...about 3 times a week

    How would this Cycle work? Are all bases "covered" running something like this?

    Week 1-2: Pre-load Cycle Assist
    Week 2: Cycle Assist/H-Drol 50mg
    Week 3-7: Cycle Assist/H-Drol 75mg
    Week 7-10: Cycle Assist/Nolvadex 20mg

    Not planning on using anything just yet but with all the crack downs happening I was going to stock up now.
