Questions about first cycle
Little background I have been training for over 3 years now, went from 290lbs and 28.5 % BF down too 19.5 % and 220 lbs. 6' 1", 25 Years old.
Recently I just ran a 2 week cycle of clen and t-3 with diet and cardio dropped down to 18% bf, not quite where I want to be but a solid start I would like to think. I have been researching enough to make my head spin doing a search on ever PH prior to ordering anything.
So I have a few questions, with Spawn I'm aware of the need for a pct I'm fine with that, but do you take test tabs during the cycle or during pct? I only ask as some site's sell spawn (for the time being ) together with ISP test-tabs and cycle support.
week 1 Spawn -cycle support
week 2 Spawn -cycle support
week 3 Spawn -cycle support
week 4 Spawn -cycle support
I found this on another members log, so I would assume you take the test tabs during pct correct?
Other than SPawn, has anyone used BEDLAM? If anyone knows of any other fat burners that work well, please chime in, I have about 8 weeks to work with and would like to make the best of it, Thank you for your help!!!

I dont know anything about Spawn....but should you really be starting a cycle at 18% bodyfat? You might want to get lower before starting this cycle....

Doesn't seem to matter what I do, can't seem to cut below 18%

Welcome to the forum....With Spawn you will need a good PCT because this PH will shut you down hard.....I recommend the following for PCT:
Nolva at dose rate: 40/40/40/40 That means everyday you take 40mg for 4 weeks.
Clomid at dose rate: 100/50/50/50 That means the first week you take 100mg and then the following 3 weeks you take 50mg.
This will start your natural production of Test....... If you want to lose more Fat then you can use Clen during PCT for 2 weeks on 2 weeks off.....Just my .02 As for the Test Tabs they are really not needed if you are going to use Clomid and Nolva.......But they can't hurt you so if you want to use them go ahead......Remember while on Spawn don't use other supps like Creatine and NO.......Leave that for PCT so your body is not used to it and it has more of an impact........Good luck with your task and post some pictures......Now go hit those ****ing weights!!!!!!!!!Last edited by Okinawa_Power; 10-12-2009 at 12:32 AM.

Im following the exact same thing right now. Wednesday I will be starting my 3rd week of pct. So far so good!!!!!Okinawa knows what hes talking about dude. Spawn was the shiznits!!!Enjoy it!!!!!..................NOW GO AND HIT THOSE ****ING WEIGHTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pops you know more than me!!!!! How is the diet going? Mine is killing me.....I hate dieting......How long are you going to wait to do your next cycle?? I have a really good cycle I have put together....I will PM you with the DS/PH that you need...I'm looking to put on over 25lbs of muscle......I plan on bridging cycles to extend the lenth that I am on!!!!!!! Going to get ****ing huge.......and it won't be water weight......Lean muscle mass.....I'll PM you......

i plan on cycling h drol for 4 - 6 weeks but if there is something out there that is better i'd like to know ;]
