Spawn cycle - continued....
Thursday - chest and bis were off the chain! Strongets I have been so far. Did db presses 50/60/70/80's - 10/10/8/6. Followed by bb curls 50/70/90/60/60 - 10/10/8/10/10. Finished up with cables x overs supersetted with cable curls. I felt like the incredible hulk! Just when I thought it was enough, I decided to throw in some push-ups for the hell of it. I looked and felt like a monster! Pumped up like no tomorrow and huge veins in my arms! I had such a great workout even after 12 hours at work. No cardio or abs. Hunger still up. Sweating not as bad as before.
Friday - back and tris were great also. Strength still going up. Did some seated rows followed by close grip bench. Then close handed lat pull downs followed by push downs. Still pumped up like no tomorrow. This is a great thing! No cardio or abs, still busy at work ( which is a good thing ). No training this weekend but I will refeed on Sunday with God knows what, lol! One bad thing here guys is my libido is shot! No desire whats so ever. Hopefully this will go away during pct.
Otherwise things are great. Weight at 195. Strong as hell, looks and feels great with the only sides being minor acne, huge temper, and loss of libido. Still hitting the weights as hard as I can. BTW, shoulder pain very little but still will not take a chance for injury. Will return Monday with chest/bis/abs/cardio.....

Glad things are going good Pops....How many days left on your cycle? I stopped taking M-Drol and started my Spawn cycle....****ing M-Drol sides were the worst that I have ever felt taking any DS/PH.....I always forget to mention the libido part with taking spawn....I've been married for over 15 years so.........Glad it is working out for you.....I've said it before and I'll say it again....Best DS I have ever used....

Spawn cycle - day 22
Chest and bis went great today. Strength still up. Hunger not as crazy as before. Still drinking tons of h20. Pumped up all the time or should I say swollen, lol....I do experience a little nut pain now and then. I guess this is my natural test shutting down....no biggie. Otherwise thing are good. Skipped cardio today. Had a long day at work so I decided to split. Back and tris tomowrrow............

Cardio? Who needs cardio!!!! LMFAO!!!!! Yeah my nuts hurt also....mostly at night.....strange.....When do you start PCT? What are you taking again?? Keep lifting after you stop your cycle....Your going to feel like shit after you stop but don't quit in the gym.....Just consider it your cutting time.....Lift heavy and keep up the protein intake......GL and keep us informed...

thanaks bro!I think that my last dose is next tuesday, not exactly sure. I have clomid and nolva ready togo but do not remember how to dose. Will also be taking creatine during pct and maybe a sml dose of clen that I had left over.....Ill figure everything out by next week...

Spawn cycle - day 23
Back and tris went great. Strenght is up. Pump is unreal. I didnt sleep too well last night, got a new laptop and it kept me up until 2am. I probably could have had a better workout if I had a few extra hrs of sleep but oh well. No cardio today. Just not in the mood. This is not good. For the first 3 weeks I was all gun ho, now forget it. I need to get back into the game here. I always preach diet and cardio. Maybe I got burned out. Lifting as heavy as I can for the past 3 weeks AND 45 min of cardio AND working 10-12 hrs /day...
Anyways, legs/abs tomorrow. Maybe Ill just do 30 min of cardio for the rest of the week and see what happens.....

Keep up the hard work man. PCT is around the corner & your gonna have to be real focused to keep your gains, think positive, what ever you have to do to stay motivated & in the game.

thanks for the advice bro! really appreciate it. Today I git jammed up at work so no training today, dam!!!!!!!!! Anyways, back at it tomorrow with chest and bis.
One thing that Ive noticed is that my temper has stopped all of a sudden. Which is a good thing. The past week and a half I was nutz! I think I was told that going into the last days of the cycle the gains and some sides will start to taper down. However, strength is still up, hunger also. Bp normal. Still sweatting and thats about it.
Today at work I was clownin in the morning saying stuff like if you dont wanna get big then get out of my way, lol!!! Walking around flexing and stuff. A few of my buds jacked me up a bit telling me, " dude, you got big "! No doubt about it. I heard that then disappeared to an empty room and started doing push-ups!!!!!!! Im insane, lol......cant wait to train tomorrow........

Spawn cycle - day 24 & 25
Legs wed went ok. Not too much else to say here. Did a few machines, added a little weight and that was it.
Chest and bis went great today. I felt like complete doggie do do today until I got into the gym. Maybe I feel the "buzz" wearing off?????
I warmed up with a few sets of push-ups. Did a quick set of 50's for 12 for db presses. Jumped right to 70's for 2 more sets of 8 then the last set of 10. I felt great! For bis, I used the same weight; 50lb bb for opening set of 10 then 3 more sets of 8 with 70lb. Pumped like a madman! Finished up with cable x-overs supersetted with cable curls for 3 sets of 15. By now I can hardly move and its time to leave for the day. Just when I thought it was enough, I decided to knock out 50 push-ups for a final burn where I almost puked! Now thats a workout, lol!!!!!!!!!! Back and tris tomorrow........

Spawn cycle - day 26
Back and tris was nutz!!!! I had a little xtra sleep last night and also started taking creatine so when I finish this cycle and begin pct my muscles are already saturated with creatine. A few people pissed my off today at work so I took out my anger on the weights. Good thing cause I was an today.
Did 4 sets of lat pull downs and 4 sets of seated rows, both for sets of 8, 8, 6, and the last was a drop set of 12. Dude, I just grew wings!!!!!
For tris I did skull crushers on the lighter side because of some minor elbow pain for 3 sets of 12 supersetted by close grips. Finished up with rope push-downs supersetted with reverse cable push-downs. Pumped up like no tomorrrow! I AM THE INCREDIBLE HULK!!!!!!!!!!!!! All I need is to paint myself green, lmfao!!!!
Chillin over the weekend. See ya Monday for chest and bis. Tuesday is last day and Wed starts pct.......................

Spawn cycle - day 29
Chest and bis were great. Taking into consideration that I have been sneezing since I woke up this morning. Strength still going up. Weight in at 195. Skipped cardio today as well as half of last week. Chest I did a warm up set of 50's for 8 then did 3 sets of 8 with 70's. Felt great. Could have done more but not feeling 100%. Did straight bar curls with big bar. warmed up with a set of 8 w 65lbs then finished with 5 reps with 105, dropped to 65 for 8. Waited 2 min then knocked out 15 with 65 lbs. My arms were on fire!
Next did peck deck supersetted with db curls for 3 sets. Im like the Michelin Man, lol....Did a few sets of abs ex then finished up completey with 50 push-ups. Game over...............Back and tris tomorrow.......last day of cycle

Spawn cycle - day 30, the end
Well, this was it guys, and I went out with a bang! Awesome back and tris. On the seated row machine I was able to do the entire stack ( 200lbs ) for 6 for my last set, then dropped down to 130 for 10. I was on fire!!! Secondly did some lat pull downs with a moderate weight for 3 sets of 10 to get even a bigger pump. By the time I was finshed I could have flown away, lol!
For tris I did 3 sets of 12 - close grip presses followed up with rope push-downs. Need I say anymore?? I wish I could have taken my pics just as I finished. Ill have to wait until Thursday when I finish chest and bis. I cannot wait to post before and after.....Ill also start a new thread to summarize my cycle experience so everyone can take a bit of knowledge with them........
