Ok so thanks to the help of xlxBigSexyxlx im starting to get my bf% down before i start by any PH cycle. I just wonder, as he suggested, is the ECA diet such a good thing or should I go with Lean Xtreme or Slim Xtreme or meltdown or some other weight loss supplement and why?! and should i be taking any support supps with these things and if so which?! and how long to wait til after I lower my bf% til i should start a PH cycle?!
