Im not 100% on this but plasma jet is basically vitamin c and l-arginine. How much of each would it take to come close. I know that a lot pf people hate the product but if I can get similar results for a fraction of the cost, why not??

i wouldnt see why not, that stuff is such a waste of shelve space
let us know how it goes. it will save me a lot of money on a good pump.

I researched l-arginine and it said that consumption of 2-5g 3 times a day is recc. PJ also has 1600mg of vit c. So tomorrow Ill try with @5000mg of l-arg ( which is 10 caps with my brand )with 2000mg of vit c about 1-1 1/2 hrs pre workout and see what happens. Honestly, if this works, Id go with a brand that has the most with the least amount of caps. I know that you can get C in 1000mg caps but the most Ive seen of l-arg is 1800 by Meridian.
Ill get back to you guys tomorrow on this experiment.....

I just looked l-arg again and theres so much info out there that I cannot choose which one to post. Im also trying to find where the side effects will kick in. PJ says not to use for than 4 days/week. Why???
I dont think that you can o.d. on vitamin c. And too much l-arg is bad for the stomach ( for what I read ). But how much???
It states that l-arg is a non-essential amino. So that means that if I do not have any bp symptoms I do not need it?? A bit confused on this one.
Who knows, Gaspari might have a good supplement here. I used it before and I liked the pump and vascularity it got from it......
Ill start with 5g of arg with 2g of vit c about 1 1/2 hours pre workout and go from there unless anyone else can pitch in here???????
theres alot of sides to vitamin c actually. heart attacks are one of them. but not sure on the dosage for overuse
Vitamin C is a water soluble vitamin, The worst thing that excess Vit. C will do is give you really bad stomach aches.
well guys I took 9000mg of l-arg and 2000mg of vitamin c and did not notice anything. Taking into consideration that I am currently on spawn so Im pumped up all day and when I start training I get even more pumped up. But if I have to take another 12-15 pills per day, forget it!!
