    It's got a lot of leucine and phenylalanine But not worth it IMO

    I would pay double the retail price just to use the supps that won Jay Cutler the Olympia.

    Yeah I know. I see people all the time reach for that stack. They also dump about $200 on all of those Leukiks, Gakics, Creaticks, Vikatecks, etc, etc. When someone is new to the sport, and they read that label, they buy it- because they don't know any better

    I took it back in 2007 because it was 75% off at the Vitamin Shoppe, I had been stuck at 175 for about 8 months and it helped me get to 182 or so a little quicker, but more importantly I think it had to do with forcefeeding myself and lifting heavier and doing less cardio... if you can get it really cheap its a decent PWO drink, but I would never tell anyone to pay full price for it.
