    MHP Dark Matter and Cardio

    Hey guys.. quick question. I just started MHP Dark Matter as post work out. It says to take it immediately after training. I like to do some cardio for 10-12 mins after working out. Should I drink it after my training and then do cardio or wait till I'm done with cardio? Will it make it less effective if I'm drinking and then doing cardio? Thanks for your help.

    Taking it prior to cardio can/will hinder fat loss. If you're doing cardio for actual cardiovascular health, all it will do is slow you down.

    Regardless of my goals, I always take take my PWO shake after cardio. You have enough time after training to do 30-45+ mins of cardio and still make the PWO window of opportunity. Obv my opinion is to take it after cardio.
