Hi, I recently got finished playing Division I college ball and after deciding to not pursue the NFL and go to graduate school, I now am determined to at least give it one shot. Prodays are early in the year so realistically I have five months left to prepare. I played DT in college at around 290, but I lost weight and got fit at around 250 with a clean diet of around 40 carbs/30 prot. /30 fat. I'm looking for something to help me return to my previous playing weight but with a slightly better body comp. I've heard of some products actually improving speed as well because its focus is on fast-twitch fibers. Is this true? Also, any that wouldn't impede flexibility would also be nice. Ideally, I would like to take one of the few remaining legal prohormones, but any suggestions would be appreciated. Here are my stats. The times are from when I played. Bench: 370 (down from 435)
Squat: 400 (down from 500)
