    Whey Shot 49 by Precision Engineered sold at Vitamin World any one used it?

    It's one of those tube looking liquid protein shots, something like IDS New Whey but cheaper and more protein. Anyone used it, is it a good brand?

    protein is protein imo

    some may taste / mix better than others but its pretty much all the same
