I would rest up first. Then pick up some glucosamine. Worked for me.....

Glucosamine and chondroitin. BUT...you don't have to buy one the expensive brand names that are sold at grocery stores, you can get generic that will work just as well for A LOT cheaper. If you're on cycle...run deca...joint pain will almost completely disappear, but will come back with a vengeance when you come off.

Glucosamine until the pain subsides, and then two capsules of fish oil 3 times daily forever and ever and you'll never have a problem again.

Be wary of over training and dehydration as well as these could cause such pain.

glucosamine for sure, fish oils as well like the guy up there said. but i gotta say this, i did yoga for the first time in my life the other day and after just one session my squat form was greatly improved. i usually box squat because of knee pain but after just one session i was going lower then normal (no box) and no pain at all. had an unreal workout and am just amazed at how amazing i feel already in my flexibility in my hips, shoulders and everywhere else. i feel more agile and faster too. its crazy. one session. i reccomend anyone and everyone to look into it and try it at least once!

(it was moksha "hot" yoga, for an hour and a half. if anyone out there still thinks yoga is gay or w/e just talk to hines ward and the rest of the steelers, or not to mention the rest of the nfl who are jumping on the wagon)

Ive heard many times that Cissus is the best product for joint pains. I thought I heard something about the FDA banning it but I guess that never happened. For the price this product seems to be a viable choice (the 9.99 one). Anyone know of any high quality proven cissus products? Im gonna start a cycle of spawn and heard many people complain of joint problems

    http://www.cissusmax.com/ 10 dollars

    http://www.usplabsdirect.com/catalog...products_id=58 44 dollars (23 on discount supps)

anyone know if one is significantly better then the other?

Controlled Lab's Orange Triad is the best stuff I've ever used. Its a multi, joint support, digestive support, and immune support all in one. Its a great value for what you get. I also take 6-8 grams of fish oil ED and the USP Cissus. They all really make my joints happy

hyrdation is #1 for taking care of joints
glucosamine (sulfate, not hcl), MSM, vitamin C, fish oil, and arthred powder for collagen.
note: if you do have tendonitis, bromelain is good.

you may also be getting tennis elbow, use a freeze pack on it 2-3 times a day for 10mins. i was cursed with this for years, freeze pack will get shot of it in days.

What supps are you taking? If you are taking a Tren product it will dry you up bad and joint pain gets worse the longer you use it. Take the advice above. Also if you want to really ease up Joint Pain use SARMs S4, Stuff cured my joint pain fast!!!!! Run it at 50mg a day divided into two doses......Great stuff!!!!

if its tennis elbow you have, everything with th exception of dlifts made it worse, freezing it will bring quick relief. get a pack and avoid the rub on products, theyre crap

I agree... I love Glucosamine. It took about two weeks for me to start kicking in when I first started taking it, but I could really feel the difference after. Try buying it at Wallgreens, because they usually have a buy one get one free type of deal.
