    BSN Syntha 6

Ok, whats the deal here guys:

On the NEW Syntha 6 labels, under ingredients, they have added SOY as an ingredient. The older labels only have MILK listed. Why would they all of a sudden add soy to the ingredients...and for what purpose????? I love this protein, but BSN seems to be doing weird things lately, especially after being sued over false labeling of Cellmass.

Anybody got any info on this?

I guess my real question is, if this is true, is the amount of soy really that detrimental? or would it have any real effect on the body's estrogen levels?

I have read quite a few studies about soy protein. Pretty much all of them debunk the myth of soy raising estrogen levels. There was a thread on here about it, try searching for it.
