    Lipo 6X / progress

This product is great. It really works. Let me tell you guys a little about
myself before I get into this product...

    Age- 21
Weight- 260 (current as of 29 minutes ago)
    BF- 24% (2 weeks ago)
    Height- 5'10
    Currently on a cutting phase.
Goal in mind: 10-14% bf, 225lbs, hulked....

So I got this product last month. I started taking it at around 270lbs because I gained a few more lbs since I last posted... Now before you guys say "you should have just bought clen blah blah" I've been there and I couldn't stand the jitters and the anxiety that coupled with taking it, so I needed something better.

People that took Lipo 6X more often than not reported no jitters, anxiety, etc, so it was something I wanted to look into. So my initial week of taking it was a test week, to see how my body reacted in terms of energy, their multi-phase technology, and everything else that comes along with taking a diet pill.

Well when I started day 1, I weighed in at 272 lbs. I did their recommended starting phase, 1 pill during the morning 30 minutes before a meal, and then I took my second one about 10-15 minutes before I lifted to get a boost of energy. My initial impression was neutral; I wasn't sure of what to expect with this so only time would tell. After taking my second dosage before my workout, I noticed more sweat. Of course I wasn't thinking about this because on my way to the gym I wasn't thinking about how well this would be... Anyway, I noticed more sweat, a slight energy boost, and a better drive to work out. I don't take any NO preworkout, but it's also something I'm looking into as well. After working out, I did cardio and realized that I had a lot more energy than the usual amount I have after my 30 minute elliptical. This stuff is definitely legit.

Day 4 I increase my dosage to 2 pills in the morning and 2 before I work out. Still, no jitters, no anxiety, and nothing else. Sides are non-existent, I feel good, have energy, etc... Week one is over and I lost 4 lbs with a decent diet and good cardio efforts. Weight is now 268.

After my first week I decided I would cut the intake completely and see what happens. Lifting was okay. I still had great pumps and good workouts, but definitely not as sweaty as while on it. Definitely not placebo either because when I was on it, I would have a very obvious coating of sweat over my whole body while I lifted, and without it I just had a small patch of sweat on my chest, and a light drizzle on my arms. Definite difference. This week was to see if what I felt was placebo, and to see how it would impact my workout knowing I'm not taking it, and all of that. But yes, definite difference in energy, drive, focus, etc.

Week two is over and I make light progress and reduce my weight to 266, keeping my max bench at 290 with no change in strength and difficulty. Squatting wasn't maxed but repped 26 times at 225, and deadlifts wasn't maxed either, but repped 22 times at 185. Maybe a 1-2 rep difference in squatting and deadlifts (keeping progress of my stats too)

Week 3 is my current week; this week. Sunday morning weight was 267. I did light cardio and abs. Started working out on my regular schedule on Monday @ 266 lbs. Restarted my lipo dosage at 1 morning, 1 pre-workout. Also started taking multivitamins everyday. Everything is good and I start to sweat good again. The obvious coating of sweat is apparent and everything is back to how it was when I was on the pill.

Fast forward to tonight. After my workout and cardio and post workout shake and every meal I had today, my nighttime weight was 260. I started my pill dosage of 2 morning 2 night yesterday, and increased my cardio output by 25 minutes on this week(45 minutes of cardio; 30 elliptical, 15 bike, 10 stairmaster.. intially just 30 elliptical) and cleaned my diet up a little more. My diet is still not perfect and I know that if I clean it up I will lose a greater amount of weight faster, but I'm taking it easy right now. My diets always fail because I always get sick of the food and can never force myself to stick with it. That's something I'm working on and will soon be fixed.

This post was meant to somewhat take you through my progress, and tell you my insight on Lipo 6X. Bottom line is I will vouch for it, even though maybe 2 of you know me... lol.

Thank you for reading this. Any and all insight, comments, etc is appreciated.

To the admin: sorry if this is in the wrong forum. I figured that people might have questions about this product so I thought I would post it here. Please move as necessary.
