    What are your staples?

    My staples are:

    Orange Triad
    Creatine Mono
    On Whey
    Xtend
    Fish Oil
    Jack3d, Black Powder or Plasmacore
    Life Support.

The monthly costs for those far outweight a cycle of aas. I am thinking of dropping the preworkout, and the Xtend. Just wondering what all you guys use when on cycle. I asked about this a long time ago, but never got answer. Just curious

I want to keep taking the Xtend because of the amino acids. My father said that it would be better to bring a dozen egg whites to the gym instead. He does and he is a monster.

the only thing that should be on the expensive side is the whey. Especially if you buy the 5lb tub. I just re-stocked up on my multi, vit c, fish oil, and l-arginine-l-ornithine and spent @$45 that should last me about 3 months.

When work is a bit on the slow side, Ill take a break from the whey and head to costco and pick up a box ( 7.5 dz - under $15 ) eggs, hard boil them and store them in tupperware. Good for 3-4 weeks.....

DAMN , i was just looking for this kind of thread and i found it hehe , thanks OP.

I believe 99% of supplements are all hyped and dont do shit .

the only staples we need are a multi and whey .The basics that we really need.

I regret every $ i spent on something other than these staples, i wish i spent them on

    AAS instead.

Yeah that is why I started it. I wanted to see what I can dispose of. I decided not to buy Xtend anymore. I can get my amino acids from egg whites. I am going to stick to fish oil, creatine mono, whey and a multi-v. Maybe a pre-workout if I feel too tired to lift... either that, or 30mg dbol preworkout

Good post, I just went through the same delimma. I dropped the pre and post-workout drink except for the whey. Replaced my pre with some cheap caffiene pills and AAKG. This still gives me the energy and pump I need to have a good workout. So far I love it and saving some $$$ too.

I think a lot of us go through the noob phase where you're gathering supplements like a squirrel preparing for winter.

My staples are Multi-V, Fish Oil, and Glucosamine, Melatonin.

Everything else I throw in when I feel I need them.

Backup Supply: Creatine, Beta Alanine, Arginine Ethyl Ester, Caffeine, PEA, Yohimbe, Ephedrine, Vitamin B5, Milk Thistle, Psyillium Husk, Aspirin, Potassium, Taurine, Glutamine.
