Also - whats a good dosage to start at?
and how long do you cycle it?

It can but you should not have that issue if you stop use early enough during the day.
20 Mg with 200 Mg caffeine. Most common sources are 25, and that is fine.
First time use, I would do 10 - 15 ish or a half tab three times a day with 100 mg caffeine for a few days to judge tolerance and get situated. After a couple days you can go up to 20 and 200 and you take that three times a day four hours apart. NEVER go over 75 of Ephedra during the day. Over-dose is bad.
You should be able to use it forevor, but it will lose efficacy. I would use a Beta-Upregulator or take some time off after a few weeks.

Every stimulant will... I have trouble already with 50 mg of caffeine so it depends a pot on the person I have friends who can't go to bed without a mugh of black coffee .. Best is try it out in small dosages if u don't have any health problems

Ofcourse it can!
Carbohydrates can affect your sleep let alone a full blown stimulant!
