    Getting my pump back

    Since revamping my diet and eating alot more, I'm eating a large breakfast only an hour or two before my workout, before I'd wake up NO/Creatine supplement and head straight for the gym.

    Since I'm no longer taking my NO products on an empty stomach I feel so much less energy and pump, when I take it on an empty I can feel it working. Any ideas as far as products or different way to do this to get it back?

    Currently on Animal Pump, Have a fresh container of NO Shotgun to start when my pump is out.

    NO is absorbed better when on an empty stomach. Also if you continue to use then you will not see the same results without taking a larger dose. That maybe the one reason you are not getting the pumps you are used to. Just my .02

    So how do people do it on an empty stomach when their eating 6+ meals a day?

    If the lost pump is what you're looking for, try doing isolation exercises supersetted with compound exercises. Do 12 to 15 reps (before failure) of isolation, rest 2 minutes, and then hit it with a compound movement of 4 to 6 reps (80-85% of max). Guaranteed, you'll get a pump. Rest one minutes after the compound movement, and hit the isolation again.

    I don't really have an answer for you regarding the NO stuff. IMO, one can get the same results by drinking a large cup of coffee 10-15 minutes before working out, or even one of those 5-Hour energy drinks (got to use them sparingly though, otherwise, you'll build up a tolerance).
