Since revamping my diet and eating alot more, I'm eating a large breakfast only an hour or two before my workout, before I'd wake up NO/Creatine supplement and head straight for the gym.
Since I'm no longer taking my NO products on an empty stomach I feel so much less energy and pump, when I take it on an empty I can feel it working. Any ideas as far as products or different way to do this to get it back?
Currently on Animal Pump, Have a fresh container of NO Shotgun to start when my pump is out.
