Hey,

Do I need to take ephedra WITH caffine?

Also - how long should I cycle it?

and I think I'm going to just take it once during the day in the morning, after I wake up.. (so it wont keep me up at night the following evening)

Is it ok to take it once a day?

is 24mg/day a good starting dose?

u dont NEED to take it with caffeine
2 WEEKS ON 2 weeks off...

it shoud be fine once a day and the dose i dont know
