post your stats. That could help us alot. You have to figure out your body type first. If you're an endo or mesomorph, you'll have better luck with a weight gainer. Just up your protein, cals and carb intake if you wanna bulk up quick. Also know that you're gonna get some fat on your body when you do this. So don't be discouraged when this happens.

Creatine works for some people not all. The only way to determine what the "best" bulking supplement is for you is by trial and error. I personally like Cell-Tech.

Cell-tech has been the best Creatine I've used so far, definitely making me look bigger. I use that with Nitro Tech and my results are pretty good, been increasing the weight in the gym.
Stay away from the GNC weight gainers in my opinion. The amount you have to ingest to receive the stated caloric intake is inhuman. I haven't found any weight gainers to work that well, but a decent amount of protein shakes throughought the day taken with milk seems to do me pretty well, and I'm an extremely hard gainer. I also like Optimum Nutrition's Pro Complex protein.
I have tried Heavyweight Gainer 900 made by Champion Nutrition and it worked well for me. It's about 800 calories when taken with 2 cups of milk. This will give approximately 50g of protein, 120g of carbs, and 9g of fat.
PS never buy from GNC, Shop online or at a wholesaler
I was a hard gainer years ago at 145 lbs., I tried weight gainers, even old Cybergenics, nothing worked. Then I tried taking 2 grams of protein per pound of body weight and immediately I started bulking up. I am now 194 lbs.
So double your weight and take that many grams of protein per day. Good luck.
