basically, all thermogenics have caffiene and ephedra and give or take a few other ingredients, but these to give the thermogenic effect. My advice is to look at the ingredients and pick the best one. I've taken ripped fuel before and it worked well for me.
Here's a little tip, u can take an aspirin with it to increase the thermogenic effect.

ECA hydroxycut ripped fuel and xenadrine are the best stick with one of those and do MAD cardio and you should be alright
