I just saw this video and was wondering your thoughts. Its a 3 part video, this is just the part where this guy goes over popular protein/weight gainers and basically says their trash. He explains why is the previous video.
Cliff notes: Casein and Whey concentrate is trash, Most powders have WAY to much cholesterol, MOst powders add to many "fillers" and your putting to much crap in your body
