    Need advice.

    Can I just take dbol by itself? If so will gains be permanent?

    agreed to the fullest extent!! DO NOT take a dbol only cycle!!

    Yes, you can take dbol by itself. Is it a good idea? ABSOLUTELY NOT!! Will gains be permanent? Nothing is permanent.

    I don't get much time online an my only Internet connection is my phone. Slightly more agonizing than watching paint dry. I figured I would post a question to get some info. Lots of good reading here! Wish I had a faster connection. Any suggestions on where to start reading? I am lean and light, super high metabolism. Supplements have not worked so far. Just looking to put on 15lbs or so, bulk up a little. I have reached the peak of what my body will grow. Weight gainers, creatine, eggs, meat, vitamins, proteins over a 60 day regimens of harsh workouts got me up 4lbs. I am in the best shape I can be in, and just genetically bound to be small. Need outside help

    You can start by reading all the stickies in the diet section. What are your stats?

    5'7. 140. 35yrs old 2% fat till I was 30. 4% now maybe. I eat like a fat pig. Healthy food and junk food. I've weighed in right around 140 since high school.

    Had a class in college about fitness and nutrition. Yeah I know, needed electives. Checked body fat at beginning of semester and end. Instructor said 2% then. Measured with the little fat pinchers and all. Skin and bones.

    To start with I don't want to sound rude but I think the 2-4% BF call is wrong. Most Pro bodybuilders body fat is higher than that on stage. I would like to see a pic.

    Second thing, lets see your diet. How many calories do you eat per day? How much protein?
