just wondering were and what is the best for the post slin shot meals and shakes?
which Creatine and how much?
which Dextrose and how much?
which Citrimax and how much?
what kind of foods w/ carbs (honey or pasta?)?
which maltodextrin and how much?
Any more advice would be greatly appreciated.
I have researched a butt load but I just don't know were is the cheapest to get this stuff and which ones are the best after slin.
