Whats the best multi vitamin to take?

i take something called max for men. about half the price of gnc mega men and has more in it too. also has all the b's b1,b2,b6,b12. the comp is country life and i get it at nutrition depot.

I look for powder in capsules. I've had some of those thick-ass horse pills make it thru partially undigested.

OUCH - I guess timed release went overtime. Might want to look into problems with your digestive track... or something. Never heard that one before.

I, as HBomb mentioned, recently started using Max for Men. They're stacked with essential vitamins and you only need to take 2/day. No complaints thus far...
