    bruising

Ok not sure where to post this, my girlfreind is a professional dancer. She complains about bruising too easy, apparently its always been a problem. I am wondering if there is a supplement or anything that can combat this? Also her joints take a beating doing what she does, however i am recomending joint support supplements. She owns a dance school and has to teach and compete. Would gh be at all beneficial? Any advice would be appreciated.

It sounds like she's Anemic. Tell her to take B12 vitamins and stay away from blood thinners like aspirin, etc.

    I hope this helps

well that's a good thing! I would still convince her to try and steer clear of any blood thinners!!! They never help with bruising!

BTW, when was the last time she was tested for anemia?
