It is my understanding that creatine helps you from fatiguing and helps your muscles stay "fresh" during a workout. If this is the case then why wouldnt you wanna take it prior to working out, wouldnt that make more sense. the only thing I can think of is that creatine does not act like caffeine, where you take it, get a quick burst of energy then it wears off. I guess as long as the creatine is in your body it is working. Still It would seem to be more beneficial to take pre workout. Can anyone answer this for me?
