    Udo vs flax

    Udos seems to be very expensive if taken as directed(1 tbls per 50lbs of weight per day) and I Cant even find how much that gives you a day. I found this Organic Flax oil website that would cost about 11 dollars a month if taken only 2 tbls a day. here is the profile for 1 tbls
    Typical Fatty Acid Profile Per Serving:

    * alpha-Linolenic Acid (ALA)(*****-3) - 7700 mg
    * Linoleic Acid (LA)(*****-6) - 2170 mg
    * Oleic Acid (OA)(*****-9) - 2240 mg
