pre workout energy supplement for women?

My girlfriend wants a preworkout supp... I have used no shotgun and no xplode as well as jack3d I don't know if women should take the same kinds as guys or there are different ones they should be taking?? Any help in this area would be great! Thanks!!

i ended up getting her jack3d.... figure since i already have some she could try mine before she opens hers... if she doesn't like it we can just return it =P
