Im a young football player trying to get back into the game after a couple major injuries. I had to have reconstructive acl surgery and I had to have my labrum reattached. While I was on bed rest recovering I lost 20 pounds and alot of strength in my legs and my shoulder. I have been lifting very seriously for 6 years and playing football for even longer. I have talked to a few colleges recently and they all want me to gain weight. I need some advice on how to gain quality weight. I only have a few months and I have had a hard time gaining weight I have completely stopped gaining at this point. I am very informed on steroids hgh and many other supps. Please help.
