    MHP up your mass

    I was looking at this product profile and I just wanna make sure I am reading this right. Does this product really have 7g arginine, 4g alanine(is this the same as beta alanine?) and 26g of glutamine??? if so this is my new PWO shake for when I start bulking next month!!!

    Sorry to burst your bubble but you will not get beta alanine out of that product and glutamine supplementation is useless.

    On the other hand it does contain actual complex carbs and high protein content, but is not a good product for the reasons you think.
