    Carb blockers!!!!

    Hi.

    Sometimes - rarely - I have a bit of choc or another carb sweet.

    I have read on pubmed about carb blockers that stop either carbohydrates being absorbed or inhibiting their tranformation to fat.

    I kna they are several products that are out there which contain these compounds.

    Such products include Cheaters Relief by BSN and Carb Block by USN.

    Do these products actually work?

    Will they help me loose weight?

    What are the carb blockers?

    Which one(s) do u recommend?

    How about you control your eating and get some will power then you won't need carb blockers.

    I do control my eatin n have alot of will power!

    It is just during festive times - Xmas, Easter etc - my diet goes off the track!

    I have a timy bit of dark choc 1ce and that is it!

    Ill need the carb blocker for festive seasons mainly!

    what martial arts make the best cardio?

    is airsoft skirmishin good cardio?

    When I go on dates, for example, and don't want to look like an obsessive meat head, I sometimes share a dessert w/ the young lady in the interest of romance. I don't think about carb blockers and other scams, I simply do an hour of cardio that night, or if I'm indesposed with said young lady, early the next morning. Carbs aren't the enemy, a sedentary lifestyle is.
