Thread: Creatine question

    Question Creatine question

    Hi All, new member here been working out about 3 years now have used various supplements but have never tried creatine. I'm just wondering your thought's on it if it's a must or if its overrated? I'v heard that it can make you pack on lots of water weight ( I dont want this ) I'v also heard the newer product's don't do this. Any advice would be appreciated .

    Ive been using kre-alkyline creatine for a few months now and really like it. I get the extra punch with any bloat.
