which one is effective??

hey guys can anybody tell me which supplemnt or roid can help in case of thick skin and water retention?
i've tried ripped fuel and xenadrine,but i think that does't work in this case.
i've heard abt many like ALA,guggulstrones,winny,yohimburn df,but does these really work???????
if anybody has any experiance in this case pls advice.
your comments will be highly appericiated.

No one's touching the because its such a broad question. Seems like you want a review of various things, from AAS to supplements.

but likely what you are describing is actually body fat.

all of the above will help to one extent or another.

use pure EC instead of xena or ripped fuel

NYC is an option.

but you really need to be more specific as to fat problem
